What Does Fitwest Offer You

 

We offer group coaching, using our own results oriented methodology. Our classes are comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running. So people can look, perform and feel the way they want to, not the way people expect them to.

Our nutritional advice is always geared towards creating a sustainable healthy diet that gives you the nutrients and energy to live the life you want to live.Our classes are based in the Keith Dixon Fitness Gym, which is located in Clondalkin on Crag Avenue just off the Station Road.

At Fitwest you will find impressive training rigs, battle ropes, kettlebells, barbells and wide open space for squatting, running, jumping, climbing, lifting and throwing – moving your body the way it is meant to be moved. This means that all your workouts will be comprised of exercises that mimic movements performed in day-to-day life.

We are always looking to maximize your potential and our classes are focused on exactly that. No matter what class you choose to do with us their will always be a one to one chat to help us establish what you are looking to achieve with us and set realistic goals. Your trainer will assess your movement, strength and fitness levels. They will then set you on the right path in whatever class you choose to achieve your goal based on your individual starting point.

You will never have to program your own workouts or spend hours in the gym. Instead, when you train in our classes you will be provided what best suits your needs and fitness level. Our classes are rarely longer than 60 minutes and they are strategically timed throughout the day so they can fit into even the busiest of schedules.
