We offer group coaching, using our own results oriented methodology. Our classes are comprised of constantly varied functional movements like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running. So people can look, perform and feel the way they want to, not the way people expect them to.
Our nutritional advice is always geared towards creating a sustainable healthy diet that gives you the nutrients and energy to live the life you want to live.Our classes are based in the Keith Dixon Fitness Gym, which is located in Clondalkin on Crag Avenue just off the Station Road.
